The HD and 4400 grade materials are HMW grades that feature mid to high molecular weight and good wax absorption for excellent hydrophobic properties on the snow. The higher end sintered formulations are made with a slightly different resin and a more advanced process, resulting in even higher molecular weight for increased durability, as well as better porosity for the best possible wax absorption.
Some formulations have Gallium, Carbon and other additives to make them even more hydrophobic and reduce static and friction on the snow. Before you purchase elsewhere check the specifications - many of our competitors sell inferior material.
Material is sold by the meter, so choose the number of meters needed for your project. Most of the base we sell is 330mm wide though some rolls are slightly wider or narrower - please check specs below to be certain width with work for your project.
Unfortunately prices from the suppliers have really gone up this season with inflation and crazy shipping prices so the newer materials are priced a fair bit higher than last year.
